Making the Learning Count

To assure that your investment in learning has impact in the workplace, participants in each of our Management and Supervisory Certificate programs receive and complete a Learning Outcomes Action Plan.

The Learning Outcomes Action Plans are tools that the participant may use after the program to plan for implementing the knowledge and skills developed during the training. The Learning Outcomes Action Plans include:

· a review of the objectives of the program,
· a summary of the key knowledge gained and
· a form to plan for actions to implement the skills learned.

All of our participants are encouraged to review the Learning Outcomes Action Plans with their supervisor, manager and/or the Human Resource Manager so that they may gain the support needed to implement the knowledge and skills learned in the workplace.

To learn more about our Learning Outcomes Action Plans, contact Kelli Baxter, Director, at KBaxter@stark.kent.edu or 330-244-3505.
